在1990年财富五百强名单里,有多少1981年财富五百强的企业已经榜上无名了?答案是50%。在2000年财富五百强名单里,有多少1991年财富五百强的企业已经榜上无名了?答案是70%。在举办的“突破企业瓶颈”论坛上,中欧国际工商学院飞利浦人力资源管理学教席教授杨国安与参会人员共同探讨了“企业如何克服成长瓶颈,实现持续发展”的问题,同时被调研的企业代表也分享了自己企业的成功经验。成长是企业永恒的主题。专家认为,五百强企业或今天快速发展的企业,如果组织能力发展滞后于企业的成长,很快就会遭遇成长的瓶颈。
How many of the Fortune 500 companies in 1981 were unnamed in the 1990 Fortune 500 list? The answer is 50%. How many Fortune 500 companies in 1991 were out of the list in the 2000 Fortune 500 list? The answer is 70%. At the Forum on Bottleneck Breakthrough in Enterprises, Yang Guoan, chair professor of Philips HRE at China Europe International Business School, discussed with participants how the enterprise can overcome the bottleneck of its growth and achieve sustainable development. At the same time, the surveyed business representatives also shared the successful experience of their own enterprises. Growth is the eternal theme of business. Experts believe that 500 or even today’s fast-growing businesses will soon suffer the bottleneck of growth if their organizational capabilities lag behind their growth.
