党务人才关系到员工队伍的稳定,关乎国有煤矿企业的生存与发展。近些年,国有煤矿企业党务人才建设较滞后,现有党务人才思想涣散、态度懈怠和能力不足,已经难以满足煤企改革和转型的发展要求。本文着重介绍了煤企党务人才建设的必要性,分析了党务人才建设存在的问题并提出了相应的对策,以为煤企党务人才建设提供一定的参考建议。
Party affairs personnel related to the stability of the workforce, related to the survival and development of state-owned coal mines. In recent years, the state-owned coal mining enterprises lagging behind the construction of party members, the existing thinking of party personnel tangled, lax attitudes and lack of capacity, has been difficult to meet the requirements of the reform and restructuring of coal enterprises. This article emphatically introduces the necessity of the construction of the party talents in the coal enterprises, analyzes the existing problems in the construction of the party talents and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, and provides some suggestions for the construction of the party talents in coal enterprises.
