因为我国市场经济迅速发展,是我国建筑领域也取得了很大的进步,很多的大型建筑工程也逐渐建立起来。通常情况下,大型的公共建筑都是在总承包模式下进行施工,这样不仅可以提高工程的效率,大大的缩短工程的工期,同时还可以降低施工的资金投入,可以让施工方和建设方“共赢”。本文将对大型公共设施建设总承包中的成本、施工现场的设计、施工过程的安全问题、施工中污染的解决方案进行简要的阐述。
