据统计,今年上半年我国国内生产总值同比增长7%,一系列宏观经济政策的调整在短期内并未抑制经济惯性下滑的趋势。显然,我国改革与发展面临更加严峻的挑战,实现经济增长8%的任务更加艰巨。为此,本刊记者专程来到国家发展计划委员会,就人们关注的下半年宏观经济走势及相应采取的重大政策等问题,采访了国家发展计划委员会秘书长白和金。
