我院从1982年8月至1984年8月,治疗了6例多系统脏器衰竭病人,其中2例治愈,4例死亡。现结合文献讨论如下。临床资料 6例病人中,男4例,女2例。年龄42～67岁,平均56岁。引起病人多系统脏器衰竭的病因及累及的脏器情况见表1。本组6例病人均有急性肾功能衰竭、急性呼吸衰竭及中枢神经系统症状。另外,伴有呕吐咖啡样胃液4例,伴有弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)症状3例,伴有肝细胞衰竭1例。2例存活者,1例为急性肾功能衰竭、呼吸衰竭和中枢神经系统症状,另1例有肝细胞
From August 1982 to August 1984, our hospital treated 6 patients with multi-system organ failure, of which 2 were cured and 4 died. Now combined with the literature discussed below.
