目的:观察美敏伪麻口服液联合头孢曲松治疗急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,在静滴头孢曲松的基础上,分别加服美敏伪麻和复方磷酸可待因,7d为一疗程。记录临床症状(咳嗽、咳痰、肺部罗音、体温等)及不良反应。结果:治疗7d后,2组患者咳嗽症状等级、咳嗽持续时间均得到明显改善;临床有效率分别为96.7%和95.0%;治疗过程中不良反应均较轻微。观察组咳嗽时间明显少于对照组外,其他指标组间差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:美敏伪麻口服液联合头孢曲松治疗急性支气管炎疗效确切,不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Minmin Pseudo-marijuana combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of acute bronchitis. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. On the basis of intravenous ceftriaxone, Melamine and Pseudoephedrine, respectively, were added to the observation group, and 7d was a course of treatment. Record clinical symptoms (cough, sputum, pulmonary rales, body temperature, etc.) and adverse reactions. Results: After 7 days of treatment, the cough symptom grade and cough duration were significantly improved in both groups. The clinical effective rates were 96.7% and 95.0%, respectively. Adverse reactions were mild in the course of treatment. The observation group coughing time was significantly less than the control group, the other indicators were no significant differences between groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Mimi Pima Oral Liquid Combined with Ceftriaxone in the treatment of acute bronchitis is effective and has few side effects. It is worthy of clinical application.
