印尼矿业部长称2014镍矿出口税将提高印尼矿业部长称,政府不可能在2014年实施原矿出口禁令,主要由于国内冶炼厂十分有限。但由于修订法律需要数年时间,政府并未考虑修订2009年矿业法案,只是考虑法律条文中是否有漏洞,通过弥补法律漏洞,推进矿主推行建厂计划,同时保证政府税收。
Indonesian mining minister said 2014 nickel ore export tax will increase Indonesian mining minister said the government can not impose a ban on export of raw ore in 2014, mainly due to the limited domestic smelter. However, since it takes years to amend the law, the government has not considered revising the Mining Act of 2009 but only considers whether there are any loopholes in the law that remedy the loopholes in law and promote the implementation of mine-building plans by miners while ensuring government revenue.
