用细胞内固定微电极技术观察了异紫堇啡碱(isocorydine)对家兔窦房结电活动、豚鼠心室肌动作电位及Ba~(2+)诱发的豚鼠心室肌自发电活动的作用。结果表明,异紫堇啡碱能使窦房结细胞APA,SP_0,SP_4减小、APD_(90)延长、自律性降低。3 μM异紫堇啡碱能使心室肌细胞的APD_(50),APD_(90)和ERP延长,300μM异紫堇啡碱则使心室肌细胞APD_(50)和APD_(90)缩短,但不缩短ERP,使ERP相对延长。300μM异紫茧啡碱亦能明显抑制Ba~(2+)诱发的心室肌自发电活动。
Intracellular fixed microelectrode technique was used to observe the effect of isocuridine on the sinoatrial node activity, guinea pig ventricular action potential and Ba 2+ -induced spontaneous activity in guinea pig ventricular myocytes. The results showed that different metahualine can decrease the APA, SP_0 and SP_4 of the sinoatrial node cells, prolong the APD_ (90) and reduce the self-regulation. 3 μM metahomorphine prolonged the APD_ (50), APD_ (90) and ERP of ventricular myocytes, while 300 μM isorhizone decreased the APD_ (50) and APD_ (90) of ventricular myocytes, but not Shorten the ERP, ERP relatively extended. 300 uM ivermembranine also significantly inhibited Ba ~ (2+) -induced ventricular myoelectrical activity.
