中共福建省委党史研究室主任 林玉涵 加强党的执政能力建设,是我们党执政后始终面临和不断探索的一个重大课题,也是十六大提出的一个战略任务。对于党史工作者来说,一方面必须坚持用党的十六届四中全会精神指导下一步的党史工作;另一方面,必须根据党史工作的特点和优势,与时俱进,紧贴党的工作中心和工作实际,为加强党的执政能力建设服务。
