1 病例摘要 患者女,23岁,未婚。因尿色深,泡沫尿伴尿频半年入院。患者入院前半年,在无明显诱因下出现尿频、尿急、但无尿痛,未诊治。近3月来发现尿色深如浓茶色且伴有泡沫尿。尿常规示:红细胞满视野,蛋白3+,白细胞4～6/HP,给予诺氟沙星等治疗但无效。反复尿常规揭示;红细胞满视野或70～80/HP,蛋白持续3+;白细胞0或4～6/HP。故于1998年11月底转来本院。否认有肝炎,紫癜史;时有口腔溃疡但无眼结膜溃疡,无关节疼痛,低热等现象。亦无糖尿病及高血压家族史,家族中无类似疾病。查体:神清,体温37℃,血压14.1/10.0 kPa,心肺(一),眼睑及双下肢无浮肿,肝脾肋下未触及双
1 Case Summary Female patient, 23 years old, unmarried. Because of dark urine, foam urine with six-month admission. The first six months before admission, there was no obvious incentive to urinary frequency, urgency, but no dysuria, no diagnosis and treatment. Nearly three months to find dark urine color as dark brown with foamy urine. Urine routine showed: full of red blood cells, protein 3 +, white blood cells 4 ~ 6 / HP, given norfloxacin and other treatment but ineffective. Repeated urine routine revealed that the full field of red blood cells or 70 ~ 80 / HP, protein 3 +; white blood cells 0 or 4 ~ 6 / HP. Therefore, it was transferred to the court at the end of November 1998. Denied the history of hepatitis, purpura; when there is no ulcer but no conjunctival ulcer, no joint pain, fever and other phenomena. No family history of diabetes and hypertension, no similar disease in the family. Examination: Shen Qing, body temperature 37 ℃, blood pressure 14.1 / 10.0 kPa, cardiopulmonary (a), eyelid and lower extremity without edema, liver and spleen ribs did not touch the double
