1.引言在分析化学中使用有机溶剂较多的是各种色谱和溶剂萃取等分离分析工作。在色谱分析中,为了达到分离的目的,往往把几种溶剂根据经验混合在一起用作展开剂和流动相,以改变其性质。本文只谈使用较多的单一溶剂萃取方面最常用的几种溶剂、与其物理性质有关的特性和对实验有影响的杂质及其提纯方法。
1. Introduction Analytical chemistry using more organic solvents is a variety of chromatographic and solvent extraction separation analysis work. In chromatographic analysis, several solvents are often empirically mixed together as a developing solvent and a mobile phase for the purpose of separation to change their properties. This article only talked about the use of more single solvent extraction of the most commonly used several solvents, and its physical properties related to the experimental and influential impurities and purification methods.
