Since the 16th CPC National Congress, the party Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao as general secretary has held high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents, thoroughly implemented the resolutions of the 16th CPC Central Committee, the 3rd, 4th, 5th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, Spirit and adhere to the principle of building the party for the sake of the public and governing for the people, seek truth and being pragmatic and forge ahead with determination.
