《情报杂志》面世以来,做为编者对于从内容、形式各方面,如何办好这个杂志,虽未成竹在胸,但却一直去执著地追求杂的特色、杂的风格。什么是杂的特色、杂的风格呢? 我想,许多读者、作者已不难发现,《情报杂志》不像《情报学报》、《情报科学》、《情报学刊》诸刊那般高深、专注;亦不似《科技情报工作》、《情报工作通讯》各刊那般实在、具体。那么像什么呢?有些像拾遗,像补缺,像“人无他有”……但细细品来,也还未必就像,看来只有为“杂”了。所谓杂,即多种多样,而非一模一样: 《情报杂志》是多样性的情报科学园地,不仅反映科技情报学,还容纳社科情报学、经济情报学、教育情报学等等;
Since the publication of “Intelligence Magazine,” as an editor, it has not yet established itself as a magazine about how to run the magazine well in content and form. However, it has been pursuing the unique and miscellaneous style of perseverance. I think many readers and authors have found it hard to find that Intelligence Magazine is not as sophisticated as the various journals of Intelligence Science, Information Science and Information Science. Focus; nor “science and intelligence work”, “intelligence work newsletter” so that the magazine is real and specific. So what does it look like? Supplements, like vacancies, like “people do not have him” ... but the fines, it may not yet be like, it seems only for the “miscellaneous”. The so-called miscellaneous, that is, a variety, rather than the same: “Information Magazine” is a diverse information science park, not only reflects science and technology intelligence, but also to accommodate social science information science, economic intelligence, education information science and so on;
