千斤顶推力、刀盘扭矩是盾构设计制造及掘进的重要控制参数。通过对盾构推进过程中盾构与围岩相互作用规律的分析,系统分析了土压平衡盾构总推力、刀盘扭矩的影响因素。提出了考虑刀盘挤土效应及土舱内压力分布模式影响的推力计算修正公式,及综合考虑了刀盘挤土效应与开挖面土体渗透性的刀盘扭矩计算修正公式。通过对深圳地铁二号线香香区间掘进载荷实测数据的分析,对修正公式在复杂地质条件下的适应性进行了验证。该修正公式对复杂地层中土压平衡盾构掘进载荷的确定有一定的指导意义,可用于盾构刀盘装备扭矩设计和施工参数的预测。
Jack thrust, cutter torque is the shield design and manufacture and driving an important control parameter. Through the analysis of the interaction between shield and surrounding rock during the process of shield advancement, the influencing factors of the total thrust and cutter torque of the earth pressure balance shield are systematically analyzed. The correction formula of thrust calculation considering the squeezing effect of cutterhead and the influence of the pressure distribution in the soil cavity is proposed, and the correction formula of the cutterhead torque considering the squeezing effect of cutterhead and the permeability of soil in excavation surface is considered. Through the analysis of actual measured data of tunneling load in Xiangxiang section of Shenzhen Metro Line 2, the adaptability of the correction formula under complex geological conditions is verified. The correction formula is of guiding significance for the determination of earth pressure balance shield tunneling load in complex strata and can be used to predict the torque design and construction parameters of shield cutterhead equipment.
