十几年来,我们经常加工钻机易损件空心轴。在长期实践中,经过反复摸索改进,吸收了各方面有用的经验,革新了一套行之有效的工艺装备,夺得了优质高产。空心轴的结构如图1。毛胚为无缝钢管(外φ68×内φ38~42)。过去加工采用车削的方法,孔深刀杆长,切削时产生颤动,不能开快车、吃大刀、大走刀,每班才加工一根,最多也只能加工三四根。我们针对刀杆颤动是影响效率提高这一主要矛盾。综合研究了铣工的刀具,镗工的装夹工装,深孔钻的导向结构和钻探钻具的冷却水供应等各方面
