高铬白口铁作为一种性能优良的抗磨金属材料,已在国内外生产实践中得到广泛应用。近年来,为了进一步开发这种材料的潜在性能,人们着重以合金化和变质处理两方面对其进行了更为深入细致的研究。在高铬白口铁多元合金系中,碳、铬是最活跃的作用元素。此外,Mo,Ni,Cu,Mn,V,Ti,W,B和稀土都对其组织有或多或少的影响。Nb作为一种细化晶粒的合金元素在钢中早已得到应用,但作为合金化元素加入高铬白口铁中的影响如何却少有报道。本文通过对不同含妮量的高铬白口铁试样的研究,探讨铌对高格白口铁组织形态的影响及作用机理。
High chromium white iron as a good performance of anti-wear metal material, has been widely used in domestic and foreign production practices. In recent years, in order to further develop the potential performance of this material, people focus on alloying and metamorphic treatment carried out more in-depth and meticulous research. In high chromium white iron multi-alloy system, carbon, chromium is the most active role of the element. In addition, Mo, Ni, Cu, Mn, V, Ti, W, B and rare earth all have more or less influence on their structure. Although Nb has long been used as a grain refinement alloying element in steel, it has seldom been reported how its effect as an alloying element in high-chromium white-tinned iron has been reported. In this paper, different amounts of Ni content of high-chromium white iron samples were studied to explore the niobium Gaogai white iron morphology and mechanism of action.
