对10个双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)菌株的菌丝拮抗作用、菌丝生长特性、出菇产量及子实体性状等生物学特性进行比较研究。结果表明,10个双孢蘑菇菌株中可能有同名异种、同种异名的现象存在;蘑菇2000菌株和蘑菇192菌株菌丝洁白、生长速度快,出菇产量高,子实体农艺性状较好,是优质的双孢蘑菇栽培菌株,可以作为双孢蘑菇2796品种的替代菌种,在云南省进一步推广试验研究。
The biological characteristics of 10 Agaricus bisporus strains were compared, including mycelial antagonism, mycelium growth, fruiting body yield and fruiting body traits. The results showed that 10 Agaricus bisporus strains may have the same name of the same species, the phenomenon of the same name exist; Mushroom 2000 strains and Mushroom 192 strains mycelium white, fast growth, fruiting yield, fruiting body agronomic traits better, Is a high-quality Agaricus bisporus cultivation strain that can be used as an alternative strain of Agaricus bisporus 2796 variety in Yunnan Province to further promote the experimental study.
