现阶段,“以药养医”的现象非常普遍,导致人民群众就医成本居高不下。因此,为保持医院营运的平衡发展,降低医疗成本,更好地为患者服务,医院应加强成本控制工作。目前实行的成本管理制度和方法还不够全面化、精细化,还不能满足建立“优质、高效、低耗、价格合理”的医院经济运行模式的需要。进行医院成本控制研究,使医院发挥经济和社会效益,提高医院竞争力有着重要的作用。
At this stage, the phenomenon of “relying on medicine to support medicine” is very common, leading to the high cost of people’s medical treatment. Therefore, in order to maintain a balanced development of hospital operations, reduce medical costs and better serve the patients, the hospital should step up cost control. At present, the cost management system and method are still not comprehensive and sophisticated enough to satisfy the need of setting up a hospital economic operation mode of “high quality, high efficiency, low consumption and reasonable price”. Conducting hospital cost control research, make the hospital play an economic and social benefits, improve the competitiveness of the hospital plays an important role.
