为了消除淬硬零件磨削表面的严重烧伤和减少弹性变形,一般是根据最差的加工条件(最大的加工余量和砂轮最差的切削性能)来确定磨削深度,这样就降低了生产率。可以采用切削过程的适应控制来改善零件质量和提高生产率,它能根据毛坯的输入参数和刀具切削性能的变化而不断地改变切削规范。在适应控制时需解决三个问题:获得切削过程的情报、按照选择的准数编制控制运动以及作用于切削过程。
In order to eliminate the severe burn on the hardened parts grinding surface and to reduce the elastic deformation, the grinding depth is generally determined on the basis of the worst machining conditions (the largest allowance and the worst cutting performance of the grinding wheel), thus reducing the productivity. Adaptive control of the cutting process can be used to improve part quality and increase productivity by continuously changing cutting specifications based on rough input parameters and tool cutting performance. There are three problems to be solved when adapting to control: to obtain information on the cutting process, to make control motions in accordance with the chosen criteria, and to act on the cutting process.
