加强财会管理工作,对促进企业各方面管理水平的进步,提高企业的经济效益具有十分重大的意义。我厂在近几年的经营管理工作中,特别注重了财会管理工作的建设,为我厂效益的腾飞作出了一定的贡献。一、加强财会队伍的组织建设,不断提高思想素质和业务水平我厂是一个中型企业,加强对财务部门的领导是搞好各项财务工作的基础,我厂整个财务体系,包括对车间一级的财务人员,实行厂长负责制下的财务科长领导体制,全厂20余名财务人员,各负其责。

The financial officer implements the system of the financial section chief under the responsibility of the factory manager. More than 20 financial personnel in the factory have their own responsibilities.
