在近几年来,心血管功能的无创检查为国内外所倡导。心缩间期测定(STI)为人体左心室功能无创检查法之一,与心导管插入术相比具有简便易行,安全灵敏、重复性较好等优点,正在成为国内大力发展的一项新课题。我院生理教研室与脑电室合作,经过一年多的筹备,克服了不少困难,最近为20名正常人进行了心缩间期测定,现对其中17例进行初报。
In recent years, noninvasive examination of cardiovascular function has been advocated both at home and abroad. The systolic phase measurement (STI) is one of the noninvasive methods for detecting left ventricular function in human body. Compared with cardiac catheterization, STI has the advantages of simple, easy and safe, and good repeatability. It is becoming a new development in China Question. After more than a year of preparations, we coped with the Department of Physiology and EEG in our college and overcame a lot of difficulties. We recently conducted cardiac arrest interval measurement for 20 normal people and now we report on 17 cases of them.
