本文报告重庆、上海、沈阳3市用死卡介苗进行预防按种的初步观察结果。重庆市采用成都生物制品研究所供应的同批卡介苗,活菌数为500万/毫克,在有效期内用不同温度灭活:(1)100℃沸水中煮15分钟;(2)60℃水浴箱内放置1小时;(3)43℃水浴箱内放置1个月。在使用前均经培养证明无卡介
This article reports Chongqing, Shanghai, Shenyang 3 dead with BCG to prevent the initial observation by species.
