随着改革开放的不断深入和市场经济秩序的不断完善,企业发展特别是非公有制企业的发展突飞猛进。新形势下,进一步加强和完善企业的档案管理十分重要。然而在实际工作中,不少企业只重生产、经营,忽视了企业档案的建立和管理,使得企业档案管理工作与企业发展不同步、不配套、不协调。长期下去,档案无档,有档无案的问题必将影响到企业发展的后劲,进而影响到整个经济社会的正常运行。为此,本文试就新形势下企业档案管理工作存在的问题及其对策作一简要的分析和初步的探讨。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of the market economic order, the development of enterprises, especially non-public-owned enterprises, has progressed by leaps and bounds. Under the new situation, it is very important to further strengthen and perfect the file management of enterprises. However, in practical work, many enterprises only focus on the production, management and neglect of the establishment and management of enterprise files, which makes the management of enterprise files unsynchronized with the development of enterprises, is not compatible and uncoordinated. In the long run, there will be no archives and no files. The problem of having no files will surely affect the stamina of enterprise development and further the normal operation of the entire economy and society. Therefore, this paper tries to make a brief analysis and preliminary discussion on the existing problems and countermeasures of enterprise file management in the new situation.
