放射性纤维化是放射性损伤的重要组成部分,而目前临床中仍缺乏有效方法预防治疗放射性纤维化。现有的干预放射性纤维化的方法包括抗炎治疗、高压氧疗、抗氧化治疗,已有临床资料证实其有效性,但仍需大型随机对照试验的进一步证实。随着人们对放射性纤维化病理过程的认识,许多潜在的治疗靶点被发现,包括TGFβ1、CTGF、酪氨酸激酶抑制剂。全文对放射性纤维化的临床现状及可选择的治疗靶点进行系统综述。
Radioactive fibrosis is an important part of radioactive injury, and currently there is a lack of effective methods in the prevention and treatment of radiation-induced fibrosis. Existing interventions for radiation-induced fibrosis include anti-inflammatory treatment, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and anti-oxidant therapy. Clinical data confirm its effectiveness, but further confirmation by large randomized controlled trials is still needed. As people become aware of the pathological process of radioactive fibrosis, many potential therapeutic targets have been identified, including TGFβ1, CTGF, and tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
