作为一名高中语文教师,从事教育行业已经多年。每一年都从事着大同小异的教学课程,如果总是一成不变,那么课堂会跟我们的教学方式一样毫无新意,更不会有太大的活力。这不是一个好的现象,假如一直这样下去我们就会变得像台机器一样,一直重复着相同的动作,日复一日,年复一年,永远不会有任何改变。因此,我们应该积极创造环境,积极改进教学方法,让我们的课堂教学变得有滋有味,也让我们的心理不再那么枯燥。
