本文依据笔者在羽毛球授课及集训过程所积累的时实践经验,针对羽毛球活动过程膝关节的活动范围、受伤害的原因类型进行了分析,并得出了如何把膝关节的伤害降到最低的实践结论。
According to the practical experience accumulated during the course of teaching and training of badminton, this article analyzes the range of activities of the knee joint during badminton activities and the causes of injury, and concludes how to minimize the damage to the knee joint in conclusion.
