随着当代经济的不断发展,各行各业均的管理工作均在不断深化,加之市场竞争的影响,使得现代企业的管理者越来越重视人力资源管理工作。优质的人力资源是企业发展中的核心竞争力,也是促进企业不断创新的原动力。当目前国内部分企业仍未对这一管理工作提高足够的重视度,对企业的发展产生影响。本文即是对人力资源管理进行研究,首先探讨了当前人力资源管理模式的概念,并从内部和外部两方面对人力资源管理模式选择因素进行阐述,以期能为相关工作提供参考。
With the continuous development of the contemporary economy, all walks of life are constantly deepening the management of the work, combined with the impact of market competition, making the managers of modern enterprises more and more attention to human resources management. High-quality human resources is the core competitiveness in the development of enterprises, but also the driving force to promote continuous innovation of enterprises. At present, some domestic enterprises still do not pay enough attention to this management work and have an impact on the development of the enterprises. This article is about human resource management research, first of all to explore the current concept of human resource management mode, and from both internal and external aspects of human resources management mode selection factors are described in order to provide reference for the relevant work.
