随着城市国际化水平的不断提高和经济科技发展,当今社会对口语交际要求不断提高,社会需要能熟练使用口语交际的人才。目前,全国已有多个省份将英语口语测试列入高考统一测试范围,而浙江省作为发达的大省迟迟未开展这一工作,没有统一、规范的口语测试标准。目前,浙江省正大力倡导高考改革、新课程改革,要求培养学生的综合能力。在此背景下,本文通过分析社会发展、课程标准、语言教学和学生发展的要求,进一步探究浙江省高考改革背景下引入英语口语统测的必要性,以期推动英语教学和高考的全面改革。
With the continuous improvement of the internationalization of the city and the development of economy and technology, there is a growing demand for oral communication in today’s society, and society needs skilled personnel who can use oral communication. At present, there are a number of provinces across the country that have included oral English tests in the unified test range of the college entrance examination. Zhejiang Province, as a big developed province, has yet to carry out this work. There is no uniform normative oral test standard. At present, Zhejiang Province is vigorously promoting college entrance examination reform, the new curriculum reform, requires students to develop comprehensive ability. Against this background, this paper further explores the necessity of introducing Oral English Test under the background of college entrance examination reform in Zhejiang Province by analyzing the requirements of social development, curriculum standards, language teaching and student development so as to promote the overall reform of English teaching and college entrance examination.
