2007年7月11日至13日,首个由政府教育主管部门主办的特教论坛——2007北京特殊教育国际论坛在京召开。论坛由北京市教育委员会主办,北京市国际教育交流中心、北京联大特教学院共同承办,中国教育学会特殊教育分会和中国高等教育学会特殊教育研究会协办,为北京国际教育博览会(2007)的系列论坛之一。论坛邀请了海内外40多名特教专家、学者到会演讲,来自全国的200多名专家、学者及一线教师参加了论坛。大家就特殊教育立法、随班就读、全纳教育、智力障碍学生教育、听障学生教育、高等特殊教育、职业教育等诸多特教领域的问题进行研讨与交流。本刊将陆续选登精彩演讲稿与论文,以飨读者。本期刊发的是北京师范大学教育学院朴永馨教授和北京联大特教学院曲学利研究员的大会发言摘要。
From July 11 to July 13, 2007, the first Special Education Forum hosted by the government department in charge of education - the 2007 Beijing Special Education International Forum was held in Beijing. The forum is sponsored by Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, co-hosted by Beijing International Education Exchange Center and Beijing United University Special Education College, co-sponsored by Special Education Branch of China Education Society and Special Education Research Association of China Association for Higher Education for Beijing International Education Expo (2007) One of the series forums. More than 40 special education experts and scholars from home and abroad were invited to attend the forum. More than 200 experts, scholars and front-line teachers from all over the country attended the forum. We held discussions and exchanges on special education legislation, education in regular classes, inclusive education, students with intellectual disabilities, education for the hearing-impaired students, higher special education and vocational education. Articles will be published in succession speech and essay to readers. This issue is a summary of speeches made by Prof. Park Yong-Hsin from School of Education, Beijing Normal University and Prof. Xue-Li Qu, Beijing Union University special education institute.
