鸡年,是三明市公安局取得四大创建,八个成就之一年。这一年,四个壮观:一、公局事业,队伍建设,同步并举;二、和谐社会,平安三明,业绩不俗;三、精确打击,有效防控,双管齐下;四、维护社会,治安稳定,旗开得胜。从一年公安成就中透视,一年之功,功之何在?从“把握、维护、打防、推进、监管、规范、创建、平安”中窥见,可以首肯、衷肯、重肯,印证、验证、佐证:一、社会治安,四提四降,一年取得,平而不凡;二、维护社会,重在和对,网络监控,不偏不废;三、警力警情,打防不停,调控机制,贵在运行;四、推进改革,警备机制,治安防控,两者不误;五、治安行政,兼理并行,加大力度,齐头并进;六、规范执法,强化监督,依法执政,百姓信服;七、创建载体,建设队伍,保先教育,检验法纪;八、平安三明,山民喜悦,无愧使命,公安职责。鸡年三明公安业绩,经省综治委抽样调查,三明公安社会公众满意率达97.25%,喜获全国学校及周边治安综合治理工作先进集体,中央综治委予以表彰,值得赞赏,值得推崇。
