贵阳市人民政府办公厅文件筑府办发[2011]110号各区、市、县人民政府,市政府各工作部门,市各直属事业单位:根据《中共贵阳市委办公厅贵阳市人民政府办公厅关于进一步做好全市安全生产工作的紧急通知》(筑委厅字[2011]63号)的相关精神和各部门工作职责,为进一步加强各部门和单位的安全生产监管职责,强化安全生产责任意识,形成各司其职、各尽其责、齐抓共管的安全生产工作局面,按照安全生产实行“一岗双责”的工作要求,现将市政府有关工作部门承担安全生产监督管理的职责进一步明确如下:
