目的探讨骨科植入物的科学使用与管理方法。方法实行骨科植入物准入管理,申请使用管理,手术器械管理,公司业务员的管理及费用管理,安排专人负责植入材料的接收、核对、消毒、巡回等一系列工作,使用植入材料申请表、使用表、核对清单,加强术前、术中、术后植入材料的使用管理。结果实施6年来,骨科植入物材料丢失率为0,无重大差错事故发生。结论科学、系统的管理骨科植入材料,保证了手术安全,减少了医疗纠纷,同时保障了手术医生和患者的合法权益。
Objective To explore the scientific use and management of orthopedic implants. Methods The implementation of orthopedic implants access management, application management, surgical equipment management, company salesman management and cost management, arrange for a person responsible for receiving materials, checking, disinfection, roving and a series of work, the use of implants Application form, the use of tables, check list, to strengthen preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative implant material management. Results Six years after implementation, the loss rate of orthopedic implants was 0, and no major error occurred. Conclusion The scientific and systematic management of orthopedic implant materials ensures the safety of the operation and reduces the medical disputes while protecting the legal rights and interests of surgeons and patients.
