集科工贸于一体的民营科技企业,是我国科技工作在市场经济大潮中的一个创举。它做为合理的经营机制、有效的市场潜力、明晰的产权关系和强烈的科技创新意识的结合体,一经诞生,就获如“陌上柔桑破嫩芽”,显现出勃勃生机,据统计,全国民营科技企业年收入已突破3000亿元,诸如联想、四通、北大方正、三株、远大集团等,都是在短短几年或十来年时间里就发展成为产值达几十亿甚至上百亿元的企业。 我市民营科技企业起步较晚,前几年发展较慢,近一两年有了长足发展。在国有工业企业普遍不景气的情况下,它却“风景这边独好”。全市在册民营科技企业38家,家家盈利,年产值已达1.4亿元。但与全国一些发展较快的地区比较,仍存在着数量少、规模小、经济总量低的差距。因此大力发展民营科技企业应该成为我市贯彻实施“开放带动、民营突破、科教领先”发展战略中一个重要的具体发展方针,努力建设一支民营突破的强大生力军。

In the case of a general downturn in state-owned industrial enterprises, it is “good for the landscape.” There are 38 private technology companies registered in the city, and every family is profitable. The annual output value has reached 140 million yuan. However, compared with some rapidly developing areas in the country, there is still a gap between a small number, a small scale, and a low total economic output. Therefore, the vigorous development of private technology enterprises should become an important and concrete development guideline in the city’s implementation of the strategy of “openness, leadership, private breakthroughs, science and education leadership”, and strive to build a powerful new force for private breakthroughs.
