目前常用的抗癌药主要为细胞毒素类,主要的用药途径为中心或周围静脉给药,因此护士与此类药物接触时间较长,这样对护士的危害就更大。从1979年以来实验结果提示,长期接触会引起较严重的副作用,包括恶心、呕吐、腹泻、月经流血增多,尿液中出现诱变物质,染色体畸变,生殖功能失调等。产生上述症状主要原因是:护士在配药及注射时药品的挥发,针头对护士的损伤或皮肤、粘膜受到污染等均可有少量的药物以不同方式吸收入体内。但关于此类药物的毒副作用目前还没有结论性证据,尚
