研究腭裂患者术后腭咽闭合状况 ,除了鼻咽纤维镜等客观检查手段外 ,还可对其语音进行语图分析。本文通过腭裂儿童元音的频谱表现及辅音的语图模式改变并确立反映其特点的相应指标 ,与腭裂术后语音状况进行对比 ,评价腭裂术后腭咽闭合功能及患者的语音状况。1 资料与方法1.1
Study of patients with cleft palate velopharyngeal closure after surgery, in addition to objective examination methods such as nasopharyngeal fibroids, but also its speech diagram analysis. In this paper, the spectral features of vowels in children with cleft palate and the speech patterns of consonants were changed and corresponding indicators reflecting their characteristics were established. Compared with postoperative speech conditions of cleft palate, the evaluation of velopharyngeal function and speech status of patients after cleft palate surgery was evaluated. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1
