国营虹光电子管厂(即国营第七七八厂)是机械电子工业部定点生产微波电真空器件的大型骨干企业,建厂于1965年,生产品种近200个,为国防现代化、为四化建设、为远程运载火箭和同步卫星发射成功,为远洋测量和南极考察作出了贡献。该厂有20多项产品分别荣获国家科技进步奖、全国科学大会奖、电子工业部科技进步奖,多种产品获部优、省优。该厂有10多种产品行销美国等十余个国家和地区。国营虹光电子管厂产品门类有磁控管、速调管、微波天线开关管、前向波放大器、功率行波管、微波应用设备(含微波灶)和真空开关管(含真空接触器)七大门类。微波电真空器件从四毫米到二十二公分形成系列,其中同轴磁控管和毫米波器件的生产技术在全国同行业中
