一、引言 青少年时期,是人生发育最旺盛、心理变化最多、可塑性最大、也是接受教育、初步形成世界观的最有效时期。随着我国社会的日益现代化,大量信息和新观念不断涌现,促使青少年的身心趋向早熟,并由此带来了大量有关青少年身心健康上的问题。 本研究试图通过对青少年横向的研究,初步揭示青少年在生理发育过程中其心理发展成熟的因素,并以绘制的出青少年(城市)阶段心理健康发展曲线作为指标,为学校教育和家庭、社会教育对青少年施加适宜影响提供心理学的依据。
I. INTRODUCTION In adolescence, it is the most prosperous life, the most psychological change, the most plasticity, and the most effective period for receiving education and initially forming a world outlook. With the increasingly modern society in our country, a great deal of information and new ideas are constantly emerging, prompting young people to become more and more mentally and physically precarious, and bringing about a great deal of problems concerning their physical and mental health. This study attempts to reveal the psychological development of adolescents in the process of physiological development through horizontal researches on adolescents. Using the drawn mental health development curve of adolescent (urban) stages as an indicator, this study aims to provide a theoretical basis for school education, family and social education Psychological basis for applying appropriate influence to adolescents.
