中国对外援助的种类和特点,可以分为商务外援、战略外援、“大外援”形式、国际公共产品四大类。区域性国际公共产品可以提升非洲区域的稳定发展、整体能力,因而权重应当加大,作用加以扩大,应当成为未来中国对非援助的新方向。
The types and characteristics of China’s foreign aid can be divided into commercial foreign aid, strategic foreign aid, “foreign aid” and “international public goods.” Regional international public goods can enhance the steady development and overall capabilities of the African region. Therefore, the weight should be increased and the role expanded. This should be the new direction for China’s aid to Africa in the future.
