介绍了基于S2m流面(涡面)的离心油泵叶片准三元反问题设计方法的流动控制方程、设计方法与过程。以正问题方式计算了LDV(激光多普勒测速计)测量过的离心泵叶轮内部流动,比较发现该方法的计算精度为15%。以IS80-65-160叶轮为对象说明了本文反问题算法是收敛的,并且收敛速度较快。对65Y60型离心油泵叶轮进行了重新设计,试验结果表明,新设计的三元叶轮效率比原型一元设计叶轮提高效率2%-4%。准三元叶片设计理论与方法可以用于离心清水泵和离心油泵叶片设计。
The flow control equation, design method and process of the quasi-ternary inverse problem of centrifugal pump blade based on S2m flow surface (vortex) are introduced. The flow inside the impeller of the centrifugal pump measured by LDV (Laser Doppler Tachometer) was calculated by positive problem and the calculation accuracy of this method was 15%. Taking IS80-65-160 impeller as an example, this paper shows that the algorithm in this paper is convergent and converges fast. The design of the 65Y60 centrifugal pump impeller is redesigned. The experimental results show that the efficiency of the newly designed impeller is 2% -4% higher than that of the prototype uniaxial design impeller. Quasi-three-element blade design theory and methods can be used for centrifugal water pump and centrifugal pump blade design.
