肝纤维化(HF)是肝硬化及肝癌的前期病变,是危害人民生命健康的常见疾病。本文从诱发肝纤维化的主要因素肝星状细胞(HSC)的活化,阐述了HSC的一般性质与功能、HSC活化的机制、肝纤维化的发病原因、活化的HSC在HF中的作用、肝纤维化可逆转的分子生物学基础与临床证据,说明HF逆转的可能性,为预防肝硬化和肝癌的发生,寻找有效的预防与治疗方法。
Liver fibrosis (HF) is a pre-malignancy of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer and is a common disease that endangers people’s health. This article from the activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSC), the main factor inducing hepatic fibrosis, expounds the general properties and functions of HSC, the mechanism of HSC activation, the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis, the role of activated HSC in HF, Fibrosis reversible molecular biology and clinical evidence to illustrate the possibility of reversal of HF, in order to prevent the occurrence of cirrhosis and liver cancer, to find effective prevention and treatment.
