患者男性,38岁。维吾尔族,1994年7月因回盲部粘液腺癌,行右半结肠切除术后,近20天内无明显原因右上腹不适入院。查体:右中腹可扪及包块,并有压痛。B超显示:右中上腹见一约11.9cm×12.2cm大小液性包块,边界清,形态规整。呈类圆形,有完整包膜,壁厚约2.8cm,内壁不光滑,粗糙,内透声尚可。B超诊断:右中腹囊性占位病变,提示粘液腺癌术后复发。
Male patient, 38 years old. Uygur, in July 1994 due to ileocecal mucinous adenocarcinoma, after right colon resection, no obvious reason in the past 20 days of right upper quadrant discomfort admitted to hospital. Physical examination: right middle abdomen can be palpable and mass, and tenderness. The B-mode ultrasound showed that about 11.9cm×12.2cm of liquid mass was seen in the right middle and upper abdomen. The boundary was clear and regular. It is round in shape and has a complete envelope. The wall thickness is about 2.8cm. The inner wall is not smooth and rough. B-diagnosis: right middle abdominal cystic lesions, suggesting recurrence of mucinous adenocarcinoma.
