目的:探讨霉茶缓释片对肾性高血压大鼠(RHR)血压及其活性物质的影响。方法:应用二肾一夹法制作肾性高血压模型,给RHR灌服不同剂量的霉茶缓释片(180、90、45mg·kg-1.d-1)7周,尾袖法测量清醒大鼠尾动脉收缩压,放射免疫法检测RHR血浆和心肌中活性物质的含量。结果:霉茶缓释片降压效果良好,且能降低RHR血浆中血管紧张素II(AngII)和内皮素(ET)、升高一氧化氮(NO)的水平。结论:霉茶缓释片能有效降低血压,且对肾性高血压大鼠的心脏重塑有一定的防治和逆转作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of mild tea sustained-release tablets on blood pressure and its active substances in renal hypertensive rats (RHR). METHODS: Renal hypertension model was established by two-kidney and one-clip method. Different doses of moldy tea sustained-release tablets (180, 90, 45 mg·kg-1.d-1) were given to RHR for 7 weeks. The tail-sleeve method was used to measure awakeness. The tail artery systolic pressure in rats was measured by radioimmunoassay and the content of active substances in plasma and myocardium of RHR was detected. RESULTS: The antihypertensive effect of the musty tea sustained-release tablet was good, and it could reduce the plasma levels of angiotensin II (Ang II), endothelin (ET) and increase nitric oxide (NO) in RHR. Conclusion: The mildew tea sustained-release tablet can effectively reduce blood pressure, and it has certain prevention and reversal effect on cardiac remodeling in renal hypertensive rats.
