近年来不少地方出现了年度检审率明显下降的局面,辖区内登记在册的农机及驾驶操作人员越来越少,农机监理资源呈现衰减的态势。所谓农机监理资源,是指农机安全监理的对象和范围。它包括拖拉机、农用运输车、变型运输机、农田作业机械、固定作业机械和其他新型的农业机械,以及各类农业机械驾驶操作人员。
In recent years, there has been a marked decline in the annual review rate in many places. There are fewer and fewer agricultural machines and driving operators registered in the jurisdiction, and the resources of agricultural machinery supervision are declining. The so-called agricultural supervision resources, refers to the object and scope of agricultural safety supervision. It includes tractors, agricultural vehicles, modified transport aircraft, farm machinery, stationary machinery and other new types of agricultural machinery, as well as various types of agricultural machinery driving operators.
