基于工程网络计划使用多资源的情况，以资源分布不均衡系数（方差）为目标函数，运用多目标优化理论和方法，对多资源均衡优化的启发式算法进行了研究，并提出了极大模理想点法。同时，给出了算法步骤和实例说明，证明该法是一种较为有效的优化方法。
Based on the engineering network planning to use multiple resources, this paper uses the multi-objective optimization theory and method based on the unbalanced resource distribution (variance) as objective function to study the heuristic algorithm for multi-resource balanced optimization and proposes the maximal modulus Ideal point method. At the same time, given the algorithm steps and examples illustrate that the method is a more effective optimization method.
