1引言目前核电站500k V主变压器低压绕组基本为双层六螺旋结构,内层右绕、外层左绕,端部出线。绕制时内径侧及内外层间均有绝缘纸筒。绕组绕制前由绝缘车间根据工艺串配撑条垫块,以保证设计给定垫块总高度,绕组车间据此进行绕组绕制,绕组绕制完成后入炉恒压干燥。监造之初,发现某台产品绕组压装后轴向矮36mm,偏离工艺要求较大,但由于结构原因无法调整。2潜在影响分析针对短路阻抗、安匝平衡、横向漏磁和负载损耗等进行了粗略计算和分析如下。
