尖锐湿疣患者Th1型细胞因子水平普遍降低 ,Th2型细胞因子水平相对普遍增高 ,Th1细胞活动处于弱势 ,Th2细胞活动相对强势 ,免疫反应由病毒激发的Th1介导的细胞免疫应答倾向于Th2亚群细胞介导的免疫应答 ,从而不能有效进行细胞免疫应答清除病毒。尖锐湿疣患者免疫反应向Th2方向漂移可能是人类乳头瘤病毒发生免疫逃逸的一种机制。根据机体Th细胞漂移状况 ,设法使免疫反应由Th2型向Th1型逆转 ,调整Th1/Th2平衡 ,据此设计相应的治疗方案 ,将可能辅助临床治疗尖锐湿疣。
Patients with condyloma acuminatum generally reduced Th1 cytokines, Th2 cytokines generally increased, Th1 cell activity was in a weak state, Th2 cell activity was relatively strong, and immune response was triggered by the virus-induced Th1-mediated cellular immune response in the Th2 subgroup Cell-mediated immune response, which can not effectively carry out cellular immune response to clear the virus. The shift of the immune response to Th2 in patients with condyloma acuminatum may be a mechanism by which human papillomavirus (HPV) escapes immune evasion. According to the body’s Th cell migration, trying to make the immune response from Th2 type to Th1-type reversal, adjust the Th1 / Th2 balance, accordingly design the appropriate treatment options, may help clinical treatment of genital warts.
