创新是一个国家兴旺发达的源泉,更是一个企业永续发展的不竭动力。作为一个具有近60年开采历史的国有特大型煤炭企业,同煤集团始终把创新作为做强做大企业的关键,通过培育和发展创新文化,不断提升企业的竞争力,实现了由资源依赖型向创新驱动型转变,从而使创新文化成为同煤集团这艘亿吨级“能源航母”的不竭动力。2005～2007年,同煤集团煤炭产销量连续三年超亿吨,位居国内第二、世界第六,安全、生产、经营等各项指标均创历史最好水平。

As a state-owned large-scale coal enterprise with nearly 60 years of mining history, Tongmeng Group always regards innovation as the key to strengthening and expanding its business. By cultivating and developing a culture of innovation, and continuously improving the competitiveness of enterprises, Tongmei Group has achieved the goal of resource- To innovation-driven change, so that innovation and culture with the coal group this one hundred million tons of “energy carrier” endless motivation. From 2005 to 2007, coal production and sales of Tongmei Group surpassed 100 million tons for three consecutive years, ranking the second in the country and the sixth in the world. The indicators of safety, production and operation all set the historical best level.
