自6月以来,我已把对大陆居民赴台旅游的观察,陆续写成了几篇小文,对台湾游如何水到渠成,两岸如何就此作好准备,台湾游怎样拉开序幕.唱响前奏和开始曲,留下了真实的记录。现在,大陆居民赴台旅游已走过了这几个最开始的阶段而进入常态化。接下来要写的,就是台湾游的进行曲了。台湾游进行曲很长,我会随着事态的发展,将其编写成长短不一的若干个乐章。一首好的曲子,总会有高潮,也有起伏跌宕,某一个乐章当中又会有强音、有弱音,不可能一开始就是高潮,更不会从头至尾总是高潮迭起。就像大陆居民赴台旅游,在紧锣密鼓当中开场,让人们为之一震,但很快就出现了一个弱音节。这就是赴台旅游人数不如预期的问题。
