为贯彻石油工业发展战略目标“稳定东部,开发西部,油气并举”的方针,“九五”初期相继建成了10条高强度高韧性油气输送重要管线。本文介绍了高强度高韧性管线钢管生产所采用的焊丝的研制过程:合金化设计原则,熔敷金属评定,工业化生产试验。指出,高韧性焊缝组织特征是90%以上的针状铁素体,少量或没有先析铁素体和侧板条铁素体。焊丝合金化设计的两个系列为:Ho8C焊丝是低碳、低硫磷,一定量的钼、硼、钛、铱。Ho8D焊丝是低碳、低硫磷、高锰硅、一定量的钛、铝。
In order to implement the policy of “stabilizing the east, developing the west and combining both oil and gas” in the strategic objective of petroleum industry development, 10 important high-strength and high-toughness oil and gas pipelines were successively built up in the early Ninth Five-year period. This article describes the development of high strength and high toughness pipeline steel pipe production process: alloying design principles, deposited metal assessment, industrial production test. It is pointed out that the microstructure of high toughness weld is more than 90% acicular ferrite with little or no prior ferrite and side lath ferrite. Two series of wire alloying designs are: Ho8C wire is a low-carbon, low-phosphorus, a certain amount of molybdenum, boron, titanium, iridium. Ho8D wire is low carbon, low sulfur phosphorus, high manganese silicon, a certain amount of titanium, aluminum.
