本病又称无脉症,是儿科少见的血管病,多数学者认为其与自身免疫或细菌病毒感染有关。现报告一例如下: 女孩6岁,因头痛,恶心呕吐、血压高、心肌炎于1978年5月住院。祖母、父亲有高血压史。体检:血压右上下肢150/100,左上肢154/104,左下肢140/100,足背动脉搏动存在。心律整,心率90次,心尖部可闻Ⅱ级收缩期杂音。肝肋下2cm。脐部可闻血管杂音。眼底正常。结核菌素试验1:1000(?)。
This disease, also known as no pulse disease, is a rare pediatric vascular disease, most scholars think it is associated with autoimmune or bacterial virus infection. A report is as follows: The girl, aged 6, was hospitalized in May 1978 because of a headache, nausea and vomiting, high blood pressure and myocarditis. Grandmother, father has a history of hypertension. Physical examination: right upper limb 150/100, left upper limb 154/104, left lower limb 140/100, dorsalis pedis artery pulsation exists. Whole heart rhythm, heart rate 90 times, apex symphysis can be heard Ⅱ systolic murmur. Liver ribs 2cm. Umbilicus can smell vascular murmur. Fundus normal. Tuberculin test 1: 1000 (?).
